Good location, clean and comfortable apartment. Well equipped and good value for money. Quick response to any issues.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent value for money. The room had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. The location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and responsive.

The morning meal could be improved with a better variety of breakfast options.

The location of the apartment couldn't have been better for exploring Chester. It was very close to the train station, high street, and Chester Cathedral, all within a few minutes' walk. The apartment itself was spacious, well-decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. It felt like a home away from home. The price was also reasonable for such a central location. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The only drawbacks were that the entrance to the courtyard was uninviting and untidy, with an overflowing bin. The courtyard itself was dark in the evenings and could use some improvements to make it more welcoming.
